We charge £50 per night for the apartment whether there are one or six guests. The only additions to this are the major holidays, Easter, Independence Day, Thanks Giving, Christmas and New Year etc. These periods will attract a small additional premium. Also if the apartment is rented for less than seven nights a cleaning charge of £35 ($60) will be payable.

The apartment is licensed for a maximum of six guests, we do however recommend that the facilities available are best enjoyed with parties of one to four guests.

At time of booking, a 20% deposit will be payble to secure your holiday (non-refundable) and the balance will be payable a full six weeks prior to travelling.
